The qualifications for this position include:<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, BIRT, and RaaS.<\/li>\n<li>A solid understanding of Workday\u2019s HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting the entire integration lifecycle: gathering requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Workday\u2019s integration framework and best practices for optimizing data flows.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data security, compliance, and audit requirements in cloud-based settings.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead efforts within a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    <b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In my role as a Workday Integration Developer, I will:<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, BIRT, and RaaS reports.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and document integration requirements, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to create sturdy and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all integration solutions are in line with Workday best practices and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing support and make enhancements to existing integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Review test cases, take part in quality assurance efforts, and facilitate user acceptance testing.<\/li>\n<li>Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment processes.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR support teams to confirm that solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead meetings independently, drive integration projects forward, and maintain clear and confident communication with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    <b>Technologies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cloud<\/li>\n<li>Support<\/li>\n<li>JSON<\/li>\n<li>REST<\/li>\n<li>SOAP<\/li>\n<li>Security<\/li>\n<li>Web<\/li>\n<li>XML<\/li>\n<li>DevOps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>More:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This position has varying experience requirements based on the level:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Specialist\/Analyst level requires a Bachelor\u2019s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience.<br \/>&#8211; The Senior Specialist\/Analyst level requires a Bachelor\u2019s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.<br \/>&#8211; The Lead Specialist\/Analyst level requires a Bachelor\u2019s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n<p>Additional Information:<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time position.
