{"id":667,"date":"2026-02-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coderseditor.com\/itjobs\/job\/safe-release-support-specialist-lutheran-services-florida-75000-115000\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T00:00:00","slug":"safe-release-support-specialist-lutheran-services-florida-75000-115000","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/coderseditor.com\/itjobs\/job\/safe-release-support-specialist-lutheran-services-florida-75000-115000\/","title":{"rendered":"Safe Release Support Specialist @ Lutheran Services Florida [$75,000 &#8211; 115,000]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Salary: $75,000 &#8211; 115,000 per year<\/b><\/p>\n<p>    <b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years experience in an administrative role, including data entry and monitoring information in both paper and electronic formats.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with internet-based databases and email for data handling.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to collect, organize, and assess data to derive logical conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li>Capability to draft reports and business correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Competence in managing confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Skill in using computers and related software.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and interpret graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of established procedures and ability to adhere to them.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with others.<\/li>\n<li>Valid drivers license with ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic diversity of our service population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    <b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with sponsors, shelters, and LIRS to arrange fingerprint appointments for adult sponsors.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately complete necessary paperwork in line with program regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Make copies of required documents for record-keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all files are fully accounted for and properly completed monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Organize items for easy retrieval and reference.<\/li>\n<li>Enter sponsor information accurately into the fingerprint database and conduct digital fingerprinting.<\/li>\n<li>Input sponsor and minor data into the LIRS Childrens Services Case Management System (Apricot).<\/li>\n<li>Direct clients to the Legal Orientation Program for Custodians of Unaccompanied Alien Children (LOPC).<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to sponsors about local resources for social support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the Digital Fingerprint Machine, addressing technical issues as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Supply the Program Director with accurate data for timely report completion and communicate any sponsor- or equipment-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Notify the Program Director of recurring problems or compliance issues.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the Rules of Behavior for the HHS Digital Fingerprinting System and the Safe Release Support Program Manual.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in program training sessions and conference calls.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality and properly handle sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA standards.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake additional duties as required to fulfill program needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    <b>Technologies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excel<\/li>\n<li>Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>More:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At Lutheran Services Florida (LSF), we envision a world where children are protected, families thrive, and communities flourish.
