What you'll get<\/h3>\n

This is a 24-month graduate role beginning in September 2027.<\/strong> This position is open to recent graduates looking for a graduate level opportunity.<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> you will be based at the Nuneaton office.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Graduate at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme <\/strong>designed to support you through your graduate journey. It includes in-person sessions on topics including Assertiveness and How to Manage Conflict provided by expert external trainers.<\/p>\n

The role<\/h2>\n

Software Engineer:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Developing customer-specific functions and software solutions for longitudinal & lateral dynamics as part of the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system, under guidance.<\/li>\n
  • Developing and calibrating functions like “Anti-Lock Brake System” (ABS\/IBC), “Traction Control System” (ITC\/TCS), “Integrated Vehicle Dynamics Control” (VDC \/ IVC) and “Value Added Functions” (VAF) for cars with various chassis architectures, including additional rear wheel steering or electronically controllable differentials, under guidance.<\/li>\n
  • Testing above mentioned functions in simulation and prototype vehicles on test tracks.<\/li>\n
  • Support technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Flexibility and willingness to go to our headquarters in Abstatt, Germany to build up a network there and gain the knowledge you need to be effective in your role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
