The role<\/h2>\n

We are embarking on an ambitious programme of technology and business transformation and are looking to make multiple fixed term appointments (12 months+) across our Technology team.<\/p>\n

These opportunities will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that enhance our digital capabilities, modernise our technology landscape and support the future growth of the business.<\/p>\n

We are seeking experienced professionals across several disciplines including:<\/p>\n

What you'll do<\/h3>\n

Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities may include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Designing, developing and supporting business-critical applications and services.<\/li>\n
  • Delivering modern software solutions using Microsoft and cloud technologies.<\/li>\n
  • Defining solution architectures and technical designs that support strategic business initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Designing, developing and enhancing capabilities within the Salesforce platform.<\/li>\n
  • Building and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems and third-party platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting and optimising cloud infrastructure and platform services within Azure environments.<\/li>\n
  • Driving operational excellence through monitoring, observability, automation and service reliability practices.<\/li>\n
  • Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and quality engineering standards.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting DevOps, CI\/CD and infrastructure automation initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Contributing to technology modernisation, platform upgrades and transformation programmes.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams and technology colleagues to deliver successful outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Championing engineering best practices, innovation and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skills and Experience<\/h3>\n

      We are seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Software engineering and application development.<\/li>\n
      • Microsoft technologies including Azure,.NET, C#, Power Platform and associated services.<\/li>\n
      • Solution architecture and technical design.<\/li>\n
      • Salesforce development, administration or platform engineering, or transferable software engineering skills with the ability to develop Salesforce expertise.<\/li>\n
      • Cloud Operations Engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering or site reliability engineering.<\/li>\n
      • Test automation, quality engineering and automated testing frameworks.<\/li>\n
      • API development, application integration and distributed systems.<\/li>\n
      • DevOps tooling, CI\/CD pipelines and automation practices.<\/li>\n
      • Monitoring, observability, incident management and operational resilience.<\/li>\n
      • Agile software delivery and modern engineering methodologies.<\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n
      • Experience within financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.<\/li>\n
