<\/strong>About The Role<\/p>\n

<\/strong>As an Occupational Therapist with National 360, you’ll provide person centered, evidence based therapy to help clients achieve their goals and live more independently. You’ll enjoy a varied community based role with the flexibility to develop your clinical interests while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.<\/p>\n

Your Role Will Include<\/p>\n

  • Managing a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, mental health or a diverse generalist mix. <\/li>\n
  • Delivering therapy across community, in-home, telehealth and clinic settings. <\/li>\n
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients, families and support networks. <\/li>\n
  • Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. <\/li>\n
  • Accessing regular clinical supervision, professional development and ongoing mentoring. <\/li>\n
  • Enjoying flexibility in how you structure your day, with opportunities to work from home and connect with your local Cairns team. <\/li>\n
  • Participating in team events, shared learning and initiatives that encourage professional growth.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ABOUT YOU <\/p>\n

    <\/strong>You’ll Ideally Have<\/p>\n

    <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. <\/li>\n
    • Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration. <\/li>\n
    • A genuine passion for supporting a diverse range of clients across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Medicare and private funding. <\/li>\n
    • 2+ Years Experience in community, private practice or acute settings. <\/li>\n
    • A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle, or a willingness to arrange these. <\/li>\n
    • A willingness to obtain the required NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, where applicable.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      For international applicants:<\/strong> You’ll need to meet the relevant registration, visa and employment requirements. Subclass 482 sponsorship is available for eligible candidates from the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n
