The Office Manager and Executive Support Coordinator supports the Director and coordinates daily business operations, research administration, marketing activities and stakeholder relationships. The role helps ensure efficient office systems, responsive communication and effective delivery of NeuroCog’s\u00ae products and services.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Provide executive and research support to the Director, including project coordination, data management, correspondence, meeting agendas and synchronised calendars.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate office and clinical placement operations, oversee interns and casual staff as required, and monitor IT requirements, equipment, supplies and subscriptions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain organised electronic filing systems, securely manage and transfer confidential client records, and undertake reception, general administration and light bookkeeping.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor NeuroCog’s\u00ae and the Director’s websites and social media, supporting internal and external teams with marketing strategy, campaigns and sales activities.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, clinics, GP practices and NDIS referral sources, including correspondence and in-person visits.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with external teams to coordinate projects and resolve issues affecting NeuroCog’s products, services and client experience.<\/li>\n
  • Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, HubSpot, Asana and other relevant systems to manage workflows and improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
