Salary: £36,000 – 60,000 per year
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a COINS Consultant, specifically in finance-related implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand customer processes and translate them into effective COINS solutions
- Experience in supporting project management teams in delivering medium to larger projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, attending the office as needed
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve COINS issues for customers
- Understand and document customer processes to provide tailored COINS solutions
- Support the project management team in the delivery of larger projects
- Provide content and recommendations on options and best solutions for customers
- Contribute to the learning and development of team members
