Zscaler is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their team in the City of London. This hybrid role will report to the Sales Director in the Commercial sales department. The successful candidate will be part of a global team dedicated to cloud security and will play a crucial role in managing a territory focused on acquiring new clients and upselling to existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned territory focused on acquiring new clients and upselling to existing accounts with employee counts ranging from 750 to 5,000.
- Demonstrate the value and differentiation of Zscaler’s solutions by effectively building business cases for customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation teams throughout the sales process.
- Generate a consistent sales pipeline through modern techniques, joint marketing initiatives, and partnerships with top-tier channel partners such as VARs, SIs, and SPs.
- Execute a disciplined sales process from initiation to closure while maintaining accountability for the growth of your territory.
Requirements
- A foundational understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with experience in leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- At least three years of sales experience with a revenue quota, specifically targeting commercial accounts in the UK.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new clients and understanding how to utilize channel partnerships effectively.
- Demonstrated willingness to be coached and the discipline to adhere to a structured sales process.
- Ability to lead collaborative sales efforts by effectively utilizing internal resources and team members.
