About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical IAM Analyst who can work independently and possesses strong technical skills and risk awareness. You will be responsible for executing and enhancing IAM processes, addressing complex IAM challenges, and ensuring our controls are effective and audit-ready. This role requires strategic thinking and tactical execution, balancing risk management, operational efficiency, and business enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve Joiners/Movers/Leavers (JML) processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead User Access Reviews (UARs) to ensure SOX compliance and audit defensibility.
- Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a control owner for key IAM SOX controls, collaborating with Internal Audit.
- Reduce manual interventions and audit findings through effective controls.
- Design and implement IAM configurations using tools like Okta and AWS IAM.
- Analyze complex access structures and remediate issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate IAM controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize data analytics to validate access models and assess risk exposure.
- Break down IAM issues into executable plans and lead remediation efforts.
