What Amazon is looking for
- A bachelorâs degree, or equivalent experience, in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
- Experience collaborating effectively across functions and building strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Background in managing teams, motivating people, and influencing behavior to achieve results.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including experience with root-cause analysis.
- Ability to handle complex tasks quickly and with little guidance, while responding promptly when urgent action is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
- Preferred experience in a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
