This role sits within Prime Video Commerce and focuses on improving how customers engage with digital subscriptions inside the Prime Video app. The team is looking for a senior program leader who can help shape and deliver new, customer-friendly subscription experiences for a fast-growing global entertainment business. The work is centered on turning strategy into execution, building scalable operating mechanisms, and helping the business grow through better offers, lifecycle management, and streamlined processes.

The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative. Prime Video operates across more than 240 countries and territories, so the work requires someone who can handle complexity, think strategically, and still drive practical delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to work across many functions and help convert ambitious ideas into realistic plans that produce measurable results for customers and the business.

What you will do

  • Own the operational backbone for Prime Video subscription offers, plans, and lifecycle management, ensuring strategy is translated into action.
  • Lead important strategic programs from concept through execution, with clear milestones, mechanisms, and delivery plans.
  • Improve the customer experience for digital subscriptions within Prime Video by helping build new and innovative engagement models.
  • Use AI and automation to simplify workflows, increase efficiency, and support scale as the business grows internationally.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Prime Video customers, including both existing subscribers and potential future customers.
  • Create strategy documents and standard operating procedures that support growth priorities such as expanding offers and managing lifecycle migrations.
  • Study the digital video market, monitor competitors, and stay current on industry trends that may affect the business.
  • Convert broad business goals into specific programs, workstreams, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and business teams to bring initiatives to market.
  • Keep roadmaps and activities aligned with short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Run recurring management processes such as CPRs and defect triage to keep initiatives moving and to surface trade-offs for decision-making.
  • Work with finance, product, and technology partners to scope, size, and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
  • Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, manage escalations, and ensure teams remain accountable to deliverables and goals.

What the team is looking for

  • Someone who is highly analytical and comfortable using data and metrics to identify improvements and drive action.
  • A program leader who has owned strategy, managed end-to-end delivery, and communicated results to senior executives.
  • Experience in program management or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work resourcefully in a changing environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to bring different stakeholders together around a shared plan.
  • Confidence working in a rapidly evolving industry and adjusting plans as priorities shift.
  • Experience improving processes is preferred and would be an advantage.
