- Support the full employee experience at site level, including feedback channels, recognition activity, and the standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance.
- Build communication between employees and leaders through tools and forums such as Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks.
- Plan, deliver, and monitor engagement and recognition initiatives, including budgeting for appreciation activities.
- Help create a workplace where employees feel safe and included by supporting employee resource groups and fair talent practices.

- Coach business leaders on people management topics such as performance feedback, team development, and employee relations.
- Support change initiatives by helping leaders communicate effectively, address resistance, and embed new practices locally.
- Deliver core PXT processes while building trust and influence through strong business understanding and sound judgment.
- Work with field leaders on workforce management, HR process excellence, and site effectiveness improvements.
- Make high-quality decisions in ambiguous situations and contribute to a culture where employees feel valued and empowered.
What the role looks like day to day
In this role, your day will combine strategic thinking with practical problem solving. You will use analytics and AI-enabled tools to spot patterns, anticipate business needs, and shape solutions that improve the workplace. You will also coach leadership teams on workforce management, partner with field leaders on operational goals, and help drive HR process excellence.
A significant part of the job involves being visible on the floor, building relationships across all levels of the site, and taking action based on employee feedback, site walks, and strategic initiatives.
