What you will do
- Lead large-scale data and AI transformation programmes for enterprise clients, helping them convert data and technology investments into clear business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, architecture, engineering, analytics, design and consulting to shape and deliver solutions.
- Create future-state data visions and help clients modernise their cloud and data platforms.
- Identify and develop opportunities for AI, including GenAI, within broader transformation programmes.
- Support clients from initial discovery and advisory work through to architecture, delivery and optimisation.
- Ensure that business ambition is matched with technical feasibility so programmes deliver practical, measurable results.
- Advise and influence senior leaders, including executive-level stakeholders, and help shape transformation roadmaps and change agendas.
- Remain engaged in delivery while providing strategic direction, working closely with architects, engineers and product teams.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous or complex situations by structuring problems, aligning stakeholders and defining a clear way forward.
- Design solutions that connect business priorities, customer needs, operational realities, technology choices and data foundations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client contacts and identify opportunities to expand accounts and support new business growth.
- Contribute to proposals, pre-sales activity and commercial development.
- Coach and develop consultants, architects and engineers across the wider practice.
- Work across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, retail, automotive, media, healthcare, the public sector and consumer brands, adapting your approach to different levels of client maturity and transformation need.

- Ability to balance strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery leadership.
- Comfort working through uncertainty and shaping structure in evolving transformation programmes.
- Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to connect business goals, technology, operations and data.
- Commercial awareness, including experience supporting proposals, pre-sales or account growth.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation ability.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach focused on outcomes that can be measured.
