What you will do

  • Partner with systems engineers, software developers, system developers, and technical product managers to coordinate launches of different services into specialised regions.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and identify areas where delivery or compliance risk is elevated.
  • Develop, review, and analyse metrics related to launches, resources, and compliance.
  • Work with service owners to shape inventive approaches to difficult technical issues.
  • Lead the creation and rollout of new tooling that helps automate and simplify security, testing, and region-launch work.
  • Support process-improvement initiatives together with service teams.
  • Guide multi-disciplinary technical programmes from planning through execution using strong programme management practices.

Required experience and skills

  • Experience running technical programmes across multiple teams, including building processes and coordinating releases.

  • Comfort using project management tools and techniques throughout the full project lifecycle.

Preferred background

  • Experience with core project management areas such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path management.
  • Experience leading projects across multiple functions while creating sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs and SLAs that support large businesses and reporting results to senior leadership.
