This position sits within Valtech’s Global Marketing team and focuses on hands-on content delivery for the company’s global website. The person in this role will own day-to-day content integration work in the CMS, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining landing pages, shaping page structure, selecting the right components, organizing content logically, and supporting smooth user journeys. The work is highly collaborative and involves close coordination with content specialists, UX professionals, SEO colleagues, and web developers.

The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working directly in a CMS, can spot recurring content needs and gaps, and can help define better component solutions with both content and development teams. A strong understanding of website governance and search optimization is important, along with confidence handling URLs, metadata, redirects, duplicate content, canonicalization, internal linking, localization, accessibility, discoverability, and brand consistency. The work has a visible impact, since the pages created in this role are used by large numbers of visitors and help shape how Valtech’s expertise and brand are presented globally.

What you will do

  • Build and update website pages in the CMS using approved content, wireframes, and design assets.
  • Choose and configure CMS components to create effective layouts and guide users through the page experience.
  • Apply the site’s information architecture, content hierarchy, and component structure consistently when creating or revising pages.
  • Work directly with regional marketers, designers, copywriters, and web developers to ensure implementation matches the intended content and design.
  • Use the right web and content terminology when discussing CMS implementation, page behavior, and technical requirements.
  • Put SEO, GEO, and accessibility best practices into practice through content structuring, metadata setup, and URL management.
  • Review analytics and SEO insights where useful to identify opportunities for linking related content across the site.
  • Maintain strong CMS hygiene by following naming conventions, managing assets properly, keeping page structures tidy, and organizing content carefully.
  • Communicate early when technical dependencies, CMS limitations, changing requirements, or other issues may affect delivery.
  • Recognize repeated content needs and opportunities for improvement, then work with content and development teams to define new or enhanced components.
  • Contribute to improving the overall website experience by assessing content needs and identifying relevant use cases.
  • Work within the Optimizely platform as the main CMS environment.

What we are looking for

  • Substantial practical experience using an enterprise CMS or digital experience platform such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Contentful, or a similar tool.
  • Experience creating and maintaining complex web pages built from reusable modules or design-system-based page structures.
  • A solid understanding of how modern websites and CMS platforms work, including the relationship between content, templates or components, front-end presentation, and development.
  • Confidence collaborating with web developers and discussing requirements, bugs, component behavior, and technical constraints clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to publishing and governance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between marketing/content needs and technical implementation.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, or changes that could affect delivery.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Direct experience with Optimizely CMS is an advantage.
  • Background in UX, UI, or graphic design is desirable.
  • Experience using Figma, InVision, Zeplin, or Adobe Photoshop is helpful.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and using data to improve content performance is a plus.
  • This opportunity is limited to candidates based in Ukraine, and applicants who are not currently living there cannot be progressed because of collaboration requirements.
