Technical Product Marketing Manager Overview

Company Name Bloomreach
Job Role Technical Product Marketing Manager
Qualifications Not Specified
Category Marketing Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location Rest of UK

This role is for a technically fluent product marketer who can turn Bloomreach’s APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities into clear market positioning, practical use cases, and go-to-market plans that help drive adoption and commercial results. The position sits at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing, with a focus on explaining the Loomi platform story to product managers, IT and platform teams, partners, and enterprise buyers. The ideal person is comfortable in the wider marketing technology ecosystem, interested in agentic AI, and energized by the challenge of translating technical detail into persuasive storytelling for a technical audience.

What you will do

  • Help develop Bloomreach’s narrative around APIs and agentic platform capabilities, working with senior product marketers to create materials that help technical buyers such as developers, architects, and IT leaders understand what the platform can do.
  • Support the company’s data and platform messaging by linking technical features to customer value and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the broader story around agentic AI architectures and, where relevant, MCP frameworks, with curiosity or experience in these areas seen as especially valuable.
  • Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for partner co-developed launches, including shaping the launch story, setting launch tiers, planning milestones, coordinating internal communications, and supporting sales enablement.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and convert them into customer-facing messaging that is accurate, compelling, and easy to absorb.
  • Set success metrics before launch and carry out post-launch reviews that capture lessons learned and improve future launches.
  • Support the creation of sales and field enablement content that helps internal teams speak credibly about Bloomreach’s AI and machine learning technology.
  • Build and maintain practical assets such as talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs, making sure they stay current, versioned, and useful in the field.

What we are looking for

  • At least five years of experience in product management, engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, technical marketing, developer relations, or a closely related area, ideally in a SaaS or AI technology company or with an SI partner implementing similar solutions.
  • Equivalent experience in a technical role such as engineering, product management, or solutions architecture, together with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling, is also acceptable.
  • Experience working with data warehouse or CDP technologies, or with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and similar partners, especially where those relationships involved joint product development, launches, or go-to-market motions.
  • Comfort with API and MCP concepts, including an understanding of how agentic architectures work and how technical platforms create value for customers and partners.
  • Strong enthusiasm for the shift toward agentic and AI-driven architectures.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineers, even if coding is not part of your day-to-day work.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas without sacrificing the precision that technical buyers expect.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership, work across functions, and communicate clearly when you need help or are blocked.
  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, marketing, business, or another technical field is preferred.
  • Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar agentic AI tools in marketing workflows would be a strong plus.
  • Interest in the broader marketing technology landscape and enthusiasm for working where technology and marketing meet.
