Job Type Full Time
Location London

Verkada is hiring a senior sales leader to guide and grow its channel business across EMEA. The company builds an integrated, privacy-conscious AI platform for protecting people and places, with products spanning video security, access control, air quality monitoring, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management. It has significant market traction, serving more than 30,000 customers including over 100 Fortune 500 companies, with more than $1 billion in annualized bookings, a $5.8 billion valuation, and support from major investors such as CapitalG, Sequoia Capital, General Catalyst, Felicis Ventures, and Next47. Its technology is deployed at scale across more than 2 million devices in over 170 countries.

The role sits within the Channel Sales organization and is focused on scaling Verkada’s partner-led business throughout EMEA. The team already includes high-performing Channel Sales Managers and L1 support, and the new leader will be expected to strengthen the operating model, refine the strategy, expand the team, and work closely with important partners to help drive substantial growth over the next three years. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly motivated by results, and comfortable coaching teams while also building senior partner relationships and delivering strong performance in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be responsible for

  • Directly manage a team of EMEA Channel Sales Managers, along with a UK-based L1, and ensure both individual and team quota attainment.
  • Continue building the team by hiring strong performers and keeping existing team members engaged and productive.
  • Coach Channel Sales Managers so they consistently generate pipeline and maintain strong daily sales activity.
  • Collaborate with direct sales and marketing to define the EMEA go-to-market plan and translate it into a channel strategy for the region.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reporting for the VP of Global Channel Sales.
  • Oversee daily and weekly performance management, including pipeline, forecasts, and closed business, to keep results above target.
  • Run recurring one-to-one meetings, team pipeline sessions, and training meetings on weekly and monthly cadences.
  • Own executive relationships with key channel partners and actively support growth within those accounts.
  • Ensure strategic partners have clear business plans and that both internal stakeholders and external partners are accountable for execution.
  • Travel approximately half of the time within the assigned territory to support partner engagement and business growth.

What the company is looking for

  • Experience leading a high-performing channel sales team in a direct management capacity.
  • Channel management experience working with security integrators and/or IT VAR reseller partners.
  • Evidence of strong sales achievement, such as President’s Club recognition or a similar distinction, in a high-volume transactional sales setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation ability and active listening.
  • Proven success in hiring, onboarding, and training new Channel Sales Managers.
  • Ability to coach underperforming team members and help them improve to a successful level.
  • A history of forecasting sales results accurately.
  • An entrepreneurial, outcome-focused approach suited to a rapidly moving business environment.
  • Comfort working across sales and marketing teams while also managing senior partner relationships.
  • Willingness to travel about 50% of the time across the territory.

Benefits and perks

  • Employee medical premiums covered in full under most plans, with family premiums also fully covered.
  • Private medical and dental coverage.
  • Paid parental leave and fertility benefits.
  • Retirement savings support.
  • Paid time away from work through holidays, company-wide extended breaks, flexible PTO, and personal sick leave.
  • Wellness and fitness benefits.
  • A professional development allowance.
  • Daily healthy lunches provided in the office.
  • Commuter support.
