- Stay current with Oracle Cloud capabilities and share that knowledge internally to strengthen the practice.
- Design financial architectures in Oracle ERP that are aligned to business objectives and capable of scaling as client needs evolve.
- Lead the deployment of Oracle financial modules in shared services environments, including Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications and Oracle Fusion Financials where relevant.
- Review existing finance processes and redesign them to make better use of Oracle functionality, with a focus on automation, standardization, and improved reporting.
- Work with clients to define and implement shared services strategies that centralize and optimize finance functions, reduce cost, and improve service quality.
- Create KPI and reporting frameworks using Oracle analytics tools so clients can monitor performance and make better decisions based on data.

- Engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their challenges and build trusted relationships that support successful delivery.
- Mentor finance architects and consultants, helping to develop the team, maintain delivery quality, and keep work on schedule.
- Contribute to internal practice development through campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, recruitment activity, team events, and offering development.
- Support your own development through training and certifications that match both your career goals and the skills the business needs.
