This is a 24-month graduate role beginning in September 2027. This position is open to recent graduates looking for a graduate level opportunity.

Location: you will be based at the Nuneaton office.

As a Graduate at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme designed to support you through your graduate journey. It includes in-person sessions on topics including Assertiveness and How to Manage Conflict provided by expert external trainers.

Interview Process and Right to Work Information:

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your graduate role and for the full duration of your graduate programme. Please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role at this current time.

The role

Software Engineer:

• Developing customer-specific functions and software solutions for longitudinal & lateral dynamics as part of the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system, under guidance.
• Developing and calibrating functions like “Anti-Lock Brake System” (ABS/IBC), “Traction Control System” (ITC/TCS), “Integrated Vehicle Dynamics Control” (VDC / IVC) and “Value Added Functions” (VAF) for cars with various chassis architectures, including additional rear wheel steering or electronically controllable differentials, under guidance.
• Testing above mentioned functions in simulation and prototype vehicles on test tracks.
• Support technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility and willingness to go to our headquarters in Abstatt, Germany to build up a network there and gain the knowledge you need to be effective in your role.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this Graduate role at Bosch, you must hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
