Salary: $90,000 – 130,000 per year
Requirements:
- Must have a Final Top Secret security clearance prior to employment, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Security+ or CISSP / DoD 8140 compliant certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Packer, AWS Cloud Formation).
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Strong technical skills in coding, scripting, and automation tools.
- Thorough knowledge of security principles, practices, and tools, including threat modeling and security testing tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to articulate security issues and solutions effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning about emerging security threats and technologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities to tackle security and operational challenges promptly.
- Familiarity with automation in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Argo CD, Ansible, GitLab CI, and automated security testing tools.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate innovative technologies into our software development processes.
- Maintain the development infrastructure in accordance with customer specifications and perform system administration tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure cohesive workflows.
- Articulate security concerns and propose effective solutions to the team.
- Stay updated on the latest threats, technologies, and trends in DevSecOps to enhance security measures.
- Assess, prioritize, and manage security risks in line with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Document procedures and findings thoroughly to support operational excellence.
