About the team
Customer Fulfilment is the part of Amazon where the companyâs operations journey began. It has grown from a small bookselling team into a large global organisation handling more than 1.5 million orders each day. Fulfilment centres are busy, fast-paced environments at the heart of Amazonâs operations network. They support round-the-clock movement of inventory and fast delivery to customers. The work environment includes a wide variety of roles, with some people handling physical products and others using data to help teams make informed decisions across the business.
