TPP is looking to add a medically qualified clinical professional to its expanding clinical team to support the ongoing development of SystmOne. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare practice, clinical safety, regulation, and software development, and it is intended for someone who can bring expert clinical judgement to help guide business decisions and product evolution.

The organisation’s technology is used across the NHS and the wider health and social care landscape, and also supports customers in regions including the Gulf and China. This means the position is broad in scope and can involve work ranging from discussions with public health organisations influencing healthcare policy through to representing the company on international trade missions.

What you will do

  • Work closely with stakeholders across government and healthcare to develop strong and productive relationships at all levels.
  • Act as a representative for the company at UK and overseas events, conferences, and trade missions.
  • Help make sure that products and services continue to meet the latest standards, policies, and regulatory expectations.
  • Apply your understanding of health and social care systems and workflows to support the DBT approach to building new software.
  • Contribute to clinical risk management and help maintain the organisation’s clinical safety documentation.
  • Support compliance activity, including work connected to DCB0129 and GDPR.
  • Advise on data protection matters and the ethical handling and use of data.
  • Assist with the development of clinical content and take part in usability testing.
  • Provide strategic advice on new healthcare trends and innovations, including the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
  • Promote a strong clinical safety culture throughout the organisation and help bridge the gap between day-to-day clinical practice and technology development.

What the organisation is looking for

  • You must be a medically qualified practitioner; the company states that only medically qualified applicants will be considered.
  • You should hold registration with the General Medical Council or another relevant professional regulator such as the GDC, NMC, GPC, or HCPC.
  • You need to be able to demonstrate a wide and relevant knowledge base across clinical and health and social care processes.
  • You must be prepared to travel within the UK and internationally as part of the role.
  • You should be comfortable working flexibly, as the position requires flexible hours.

Why this role may appeal to you

  • It offers a competitive salary.
  • You will be contributing to technology that supports patient care and clinical work across the NHS and beyond.
  • The role provides exposure to a varied mix of clinical, regulatory, strategic, and external-facing work.
  • You will have the opportunity to help shape systems that improve the capture and use of clinical data for the benefit of patients, clinicians, and the wider healthcare system.
  • You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • The company highlights that its staff are key workers and notes that recruitment is continuing.
