Implementation Specialist Overview

Implementation Specialists at TPP help new customers move onto SystmOne by planning, coordinating, and managing implementation projects from start to finish. The work covers both UK and international deployments, and the role is centred on making sure each migration is safe, accurate, and successful. Projects can be large and complex, often involving tens of thousands of patients, so attention to detail and the ability to keep everything on track are essential.

You would be involved in the full implementation journey, beginning with the initial contract stage and continuing through project direction, milestone management, and customer support until the organisation is fully up and running on the system. The role also involves working closely with colleagues across the company to investigate customer issues and help solve difficult problems. In addition to implementation work, you may also contribute to other areas of the business such as finance, HR, recruitment, invoicing, and contract-related tasks.

The position offers a wide variety of work. One project might involve supporting a Mental Health Trust in the UK, while another could mean checking that data has transferred correctly for a family doctor in China. Staff in this role may also work on general practice, community, and hospital migrations, as well as international rollouts in places such as Vietnam and Malaysia. The job is designed to give you responsibility early, and successful applicants can expect to take on meaningful work within their first few weeks.

What you will do

• Guide new customers through the planning and delivery of SystmOne implementations.
• Manage projects from the earliest planning stages through to completion.

• Help ensure customers are satisfied with both the product and the service they receive.
• Take part in a broad range of implementation projects across the UK and internationally.
