An established semiconductor design services business is looking for an experienced sales leader to take charge of growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The position focuses on expanding the company’s reach with OEMs, tier-one customers, and newer technology markets, while strengthening strategic relationships and helping shape the next phase of regional development.

What you will do

  • Take full responsibility for the EMEA sales approach and turn that strategy into day-to-day commercial execution.
  • Drive revenue growth across industrial, aerospace, automotive, and other sectors where reliability and technical performance are critical.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline covering ASIC, mixed-signal, and similar semiconductor design service opportunities.
  • Build durable relationships with customer engineering teams, procurement functions, and senior leadership contacts.
  • Keep senior management informed with accurate forecasts, market feedback, and commercial insight.

What the company is looking for

  • Proven achievement in selling semiconductor design services, including ASIC, mixed-signal, custom IC, or closely related solutions.
  • Experience managing sales activity across several EMEA countries, with the ability to handle a multi-country territory effectively.
  • Strong skill in turning complex technical propositions into clear business and commercial value.
  • Confidence working with both engineering specialists and executive-level stakeholders.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to work independently without close day-to-day supervision.
  • Availability to work from a home base in the UK or Ireland and travel regularly across the EMEA region.

Working arrangement and location

This is a remote, home-based role for candidates located in the UK or Ireland. The role involves regular travel throughout EMEA to support customers and regional business development.
