Compensation and working setup
The role offers annual on-target earnings between £280,000 and £330,000. Because this is a sales position, that figure includes both base salary and the target commission or bonus component.
The working model is hybrid. Employees are expected to spend at least 25% of their time in one of Anthropicâs offices, and some positions may require a greater office presence depending on business needs.
Benefits and perks
- Competitive pay and benefits.
- Optional matching for charitable equity donations.
- Generous time off.
- Parental leave support.
- Flexible working hours.
- A collaborative office space designed for in-person teamwork.
Visa sponsorship
Anthropic states that it does sponsor visas. The company also notes that sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role or every applicant, but if an offer is made it will make every reasonable effort to secure the necessary visa and will provide immigration-law support during the process.
Additional application information
Applicants are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every listed qualification. Anthropic notes that strong candidates may still be a fit without matching every requirement, and it specifically encourages people from underrepresented groups not to self-select out of the process. The application form asks whether the candidate is open to working in person in an office 25% of the time, when they could start, whether they have any timing constraints, whether they understand Anthropicâs AI-use policy for applicants, why they want to work at Anthropic, whether they require visa sponsorship now or in the future, whether they are open to relocation, where they plan to work from, and whether they have interviewed with Anthropic before. Applicants must provide either a LinkedIn profile or a resume, and may also include a cover letter or other supporting information.
