This role sits within Deloitte Global Tax & Legal and focuses on driving change, communication, and adoption for the Intela platform. The position works closely with the Enablement and Adoption Leader and plays a central part in helping the global program team and local teams build awareness, understanding, and sustained use of the platform across different regions and stakeholder groups.
What you will do
- Shape and lead the adoption strategy for the Global Tax & Legal Intela platform, including the overall change and adoption plan.
- Deliver key adoption outputs, such as quarterly adoption spotlights and other materials that keep adoption at the center of the program.
- Bring strategic thinking and practical partnership to help accelerate progress on the program.
- Define, maintain, and communicate adoption metrics and data points that can be used to generate insight and prompt action across Intela teams.
- Develop the communications approach for the platform and turn that strategy into clear, timely published communications.
- Create important program communications and make sure all materials reflect consistent Deloitte and Intela branding.
- Position the Intela story positively for different stakeholder audiences and help local teams communicate the platform effectively.
- Provide local Deloitte teams with templates, core messaging, and guidance for their own communications, while also responding to questions and offering support as needed.
- Explain the benefits of the Intela platform in a way that resonates with users at all levels.
- Use global communication channels such as Teams, the intranet, meeting agendas, newsletters, and other program touchpoints to build awareness, interest, and adoption.
- Strengthen the connection between the global Intela program team and local Change, Communication, and Learning Leads.
- Plan and run community-building activities, including the Intela Deployment & Enablement Community Connects.
- Share stories, templates, and best practices that can be reused across the program.
- Support the global Intela program team with change, communication, and collateral needs.
- Review and improve playbooks, presentations, communications, and other collateral so they align with Deloitte and Intela brand standards and messaging.
- Refine the program narrative using change communications best practices and keeping adoption objectives in mind.
- Draft and publish communications for the program and its leaders.
- Track monthly metrics for global change, communication, and collateral activity, then update materials as the program matures.
- Work with the Learning Team to create a joined-up learning experience for Intela users.
- Provide change and adoption metrics and analysis that help shape the broader learning strategy.
- Understand the learning needs of the Intela community and identify opportunities to improve the learning experience.
- Partner with subject matter experts to incorporate learning into change management activity, including micro-learning and knowledge-sharing stories.
- Take responsibility for project management planning for the Change and Adoption team.
- Manage timelines, effort estimates, and resource or capacity plans for change management deliverables and ad hoc work.
- Apply project management methods to keep work on track and report status clearly.
- Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to Intela leadership when needed.
What you need
- Experience in organizational change management and/or communications, ideally with exposure to ERP systems.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong consulting skills, including storyboarding, storytelling, working through ambiguity, and analyzing information to reach sound conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and good organizational ability.
- The ability to manage several priorities at once.
- The ability to work independently.
- Comfort working in a virtual environment.
- Flexibility to support different time zones.
- Preferred experience: work across multiple projects using Deloitte’s OCM methodology.
- Preferred experience: working in a global environment.
- Preferred knowledge: Deloitte’s Tax service lines and market offerings.
Working style and environment
The role is based in one of Deloitte’s UK offices and follows a hybrid working model. Depending on the needs of the role, you may work from your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely.
