Salary: £42,000 – 72,500 per year
Requirements:
- Strong Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion experience
- Deep SQL expertise (data extraction, transformation, reconciliation)
- Data migration experience (ideally full lifecycle EBS to Fusion)
- Reporting and data validation experience
- Strong understanding of integrations and data structures
- UK Payroll expertise
- NHS Payroll experience (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of ESR (Electronic Staff Record)
- Understanding of NHS payroll processes, compliance and reporting
Responsibilities:
- Bridge both technical and functional aspects of the programme
- Support Oracle EBS to Fusion migration
- Collaborate with the consultancy team on transformation programme
- Assist with data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation
- Validate reporting and data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with NHS payroll processes
- Provide expertise in NHS payroll and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) operations
