Partner Enablement Manager Overview

Company Name Braze
Job Role Partner Enablement Manager
Qualifications Not Specified
Category IT Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

This role is a key part of Braze’s move toward a partner-first operating model. The Partner Enablement Manager will sit at the intersection of the Partnerships team and the broader go-to-market organization, helping sellers, customer success teams, and GTM leaders build the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to work effectively with partners and deliver business impact. The position is responsible for shaping and running the end-to-end partner enablement approach for the field, from bringing new resellers into the Braze ecosystem to making sure the wider commercial organization has the playbooks, programs, and partner fluency needed to succeed in a partner-led environment.

What you will do

  • Own the full reseller onboarding journey, adapting and scaling existing onboarding materials so channel partners can quickly get up to speed on Braze’s platform, value proposition, go-to-market motion, and operating guidelines.
  • Ensure resellers remain part of ongoing enablement activity, including product updates, sales methodology training, and campaign launches, so they can confidently and accurately represent Braze in the market.
  • Develop and maintain the Reseller Enablement Playbook, giving partners clear direction on how to sell, position, co-sell, and support Braze in their local markets.
  • Work alongside the Channel team to help activate resellers in both existing and emerging markets, including Eastern Europe, Spain, Latin America, and APAC, with enablement programs and assets tailored to regional requirements.
  • Define and track enablement performance measures such as adoption, certification completion, and partner-sourced pipeline contribution, using the data to improve program effectiveness over time.
  • Serve as the primary owner for partner enablement across all non-delivery partner categories, bringing together multiple efforts into a single, coherent partner-first enablement strategy for the field.
  • Collaborate with GTM Enablement, Sales leadership, and Partnerships leadership to embed partner rules of engagement into everyday field operations so account executives, customer success managers, and solution consultants understand when and how to involve partners at each stage of the deal cycle.
  • Create programs that help the GTM organization understand how to co-sell with technology partners such as Shopify, Databricks, and Snowflake, and how to use marketplace channels such as AWS and GCP to generate and accelerate opportunities.
  • Establish a regular operating rhythm with Partnerships and GTM leaders to identify enablement needs, monitor adoption, and communicate program impact.
  • Review the full landscape of partner enablement work across channel, technology, and marketplace areas, identify gaps, and prioritize the initiatives that will create the most value for the field.
  • Partner with GTM Enablement so partner content is built into core enablement experiences such as onboarding, sales kickoffs, and ongoing learning, rather than being managed separately.
  • Create and curate enablement content including training modules, battlecards, partner engagement guides, and e-learning materials in partnership with Enablement, Product Marketing, and the Partnerships team.
  • Keep partner enablement resources current and easy to access in Seismic so the field always has the latest materials available.
  • Work with Braze’s Learning Team to make relevant GTM enablement content available to the delivery partner ecosystem.

Who you are

  • You bring at least 3 years of combined experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or GTM roles, and at least 3 of those years have been focused specifically on partner or channel ecosystems.
  • You understand how channel and technology partner ecosystems operate, including co-sell motions, reseller economics, partner onboarding, and the rules that govern direct and indirect sales relationships.
  • You have a proven history of building partner-facing and field-facing enablement programs from the ground up, including playbooks, certification programs, and onboarding curricula.
  • You are a strong systems thinker who can connect multiple workstreams and turn complexity into clear, practical strategy and communication.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • You have experience driving organizational change and adoption, and you know how to change field behavior rather than simply distribute content.
  • You take a data-driven approach to enablement, including defining KPIs, reviewing adoption metrics, and using data to improve programs.
  • You communicate and present clearly, and you can translate complex partner-program information into concise, compelling messages for different audiences.
  • You have experience with learning management systems and content management systems, and Seismic experience is especially valued.
  • Braze also encourages people to apply even if they do not meet every qualification listed, reflecting the company’s openness to candidates who may not match all criteria.
