What you will do

• Lead technology consulting activity before a sale is won, working side by side with sales, delivery, and product colleagues to strengthen commercial outcomes.
• Take responsibility for identifying and mapping the right solution during RFP and RFI activity, as well as throughout client pursuit cycles.
• Create value propositions that align with the sales strategy, the client’s business priorities, and the relevant technology requirements.
• Bring a customer-led perspective into solution design by understanding the client’s strategy, expectations, and operating context.
• Act as the main solution and architecture adviser for senior IT stakeholders involved in the buying process.
• Participate actively in pursuit meetings with internal teams and prospective clients to explain, validate, and refine the proposed architecture.
• Continue supporting clients and delivery teams after the sale where needed to help ensure continuity and alignment.
• Prepare accurate and relevant responses to RFPs and RFIs from both a solution and technology standpoint.
• Lead customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Own the high-level solution content in bids and proposals so that the recommended approach is the best fit for the opportunity.
• Work with sales on the technology-related sections of pursuit documents, including the client context, solution summary, and competitive positioning.
• Help shape product strategy and roadmap decisions when required so that the opportunity can be delivered on time.
• Act as the connecting point between sales, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams until deal closure.
• Keep senior management and other stakeholders informed about pursuit progress and architecture-related matters.
• Identify alliance partners or missing products and services that may be needed in the region, including new features, alternative deployment models, and partner or fintech solutions.
• Produce strong solution documentation, business case support, product version and release mapping, and interface readiness analysis.
• Build industry relationships that can generate new prospects and partners for Finacle.
• Monitor market direction, industry trends, and regional research activity, and contribute to regional R&D efforts.
• Report progress on pursuits, engagements, KPIs, and goals on a regular basis using structured plans and reports.
• Design and lead effective client workshops.
• Contribute to internal and external publications, analyst engagement, and regional or global industry events and forums.
• Travel occasionally for short work-related trips within the region and across regions.
• Serve as a trusted internal source of insight on industry trends, technology developments, competitive landscape, enterprise architecture best practice, digital transformation, innovative solution approaches, and partner ecosystems.
