This is a product content ownership position for someone who enjoys turning highly technical, regulated and compliance-heavy subject matter into clear, practical customer guidance. The business is a fast-growing, well-funded SaaS company that helps organisations strengthen resilience across information security, data privacy and AI governance. Its global platform is already used by more than 65,000 people around the world, supporting customers as they work through demanding security, privacy and compliance challenges.
The role is not focused on traditional documentation alone. Instead, it is about owning how complex standards, frameworks and workflows are translated into usable product content that helps customers understand what they need to do, why it matters and how to put it into practice.
What you will do
- Take ownership of content across the product, ensuring that complex topics in security, privacy, governance, risk and compliance are explained in a way that is structured, accessible and actionable.
- Shape how standards and frameworks are broken down, mapped and presented inside the platform as the company progresses toward a unified controls model.
- Create and maintain customer guidance and in-platform support materials that help users navigate the product and apply it effectively.
- Develop templates and policy framework content that customers can use as part of their implementation work.
- Write control content and implementation guidance that supports practical adoption of standards and compliance requirements.
- Build knowledge resources and documentation that improve customer understanding and self-service.
- Produce video-based learning content and e-learning materials to support customer education.
- Partner closely with Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to make sure content is accurate, relevant and aligned with real customer needs.
- Own content delivery, prioritisation and ongoing improvement across multiple content formats and use cases.
- Help define the methodology and customer experience behind the platformâs content approach, not just the wording itself.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve content workflows while preserving quality, clarity and correctness.
What the company is looking for
- Experience in a technical content, product content, technical writing or customer education role, especially where the subject matter is complex, technical or regulated.
- Proven experience producing guidance, documentation, templates, training content, knowledge base material or e-learning assets.
- Background in SaaS, technology, cyber security, RegTech, GRC, compliance software or another similarly complex product environment.
- Practical, hands-on experience with ISO 27001 is required.
- Exposure to other frameworks or standards such as GDPR, NIST, NIS 2 or AI-related standards would be a strong advantage.
- Ability to take dense, complicated information and make it understandable without losing precision.
- Confidence working with product teams as well as customer-facing functions.
- A well-organised approach to managing content ownership, deciding priorities and delivering work consistently.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency.
- An interest in helping organisations understand and implement complex standards in a practical, scalable way.
Why this opportunity stands out
