The position is aimed at driving the Agentic Workplace Transformation agenda across the United Kingdom and Ireland, with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing and industrial market. The team is working to move major customers away from older productivity suites and into secure, AI-enabled workplace environments that improve collaboration, productivity, and long-term digital maturity.

The wider mission of the team is to help enterprises adopt a more secure, intelligent, and flexible way of working. The role is part of a growth-oriented sales group that targets new opportunities, replaces legacy platforms, and builds tailored value propositions tied to business outcomes. What you will do

  • Run complex sales processes for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across the UK and Ireland manufacturing and industrial sector, with responsibility for consistently beating quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build demand and create pipeline by contributing to marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activity, while also designing and launching individual sales programmes.
  • Lead the regional Agentic Workplace Transformation initiative, showing customers how Gemini can securely automate business workflows, use enterprise data to ground outputs, and create substantial organisational value.
  • Work closely with regional partners such as SADA, Devoteam, and Qodea, as well as important software vendors, to identify new accounts and accelerate customer migration projects.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, and guide opportunities through lengthy procurement processes and detailed security reviews.
  • Help organisations understand the benefits of Google’s workplace and cloud tools, and position those solutions as the right fit for their innovation and transformation goals.

What the role requires

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience selling SaaS or cloud computing solutions.
  • Experience creating, leading, or delivering cloud transformation or Workspace migration programmes.
  • Preferred background in selling to public sector organisations.
  • Preferred experience with, and enthusiasm for, Google Workspace and Google Cloud offerings.
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to make decisions, handle ambiguous situations, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Deep expertise in the relevant domain.
  • English proficiency, which Google states is required for all roles unless the posting says otherwise.
