Reseller Enablement Lead Overview
| Company Name | Anthropic |
| Job Role | Reseller Enablement Lead |
| Qualifications | Not Specified |
| Category | General Jobs |
| Job Type | Full Time |
| Location | London |
This role is part of Anthropicâs go-to-market organization and sits within the Partner Enablement team, which creates the programs, credentials, and learning systems that help system integrators, cloud providers, resellers, and other technology partners build strong Claude expertise and deliver better customer outcomes at scale. The position is focused on launching and scaling a global reseller program, with responsibility for building the enablement motion that supports it from the very beginning.
The work is both foundational and ongoing. In the early phase, the role will establish the core enablement framework from scratch: what reseller teams need to understand in order to sell Claude effectively, how that knowledge should be certified, and how training should be delivered across different markets and languages. As the reseller program grows, the role will continue to own the enablement motion, updating content and delivery approaches as the commercial model evolves, localizing for new regions, and using enablement to keep partner behavior aligned with the intended way Claude should be sold.
This is a highly cross-functional position that works closely with Partnerships, Partner Programs, Partner Operations, Sales, Applied AI, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Certification. The goal is to make sure partner-facing programs are clear, consistent, and effective, while also driving measurable business outcomes.
What you will do
- Set and own the reseller enablement strategy from the first launch markets through global expansion.
- Take direct responsibility for delivering the training you create by presenting to reseller sellers and leaders, while also enabling training partners to deliver the same material consistently at scale.
- Build the reseller learning path and certification structure from the ground up, including commercial mechanics, program rules, platform and product fundamentals, and responsible-use guidance.
- Create repeatable enablement programs for onboarding, sales readiness, recertification, and product launches, choosing the right learning format for each audience and use case.
- Launch localized delivery in initial markets and then extend the model into additional regions through training networks and regional enablement teams.
- Partner with Applied AI to translate technical ideas about Anthropicâs models and products into clear, practical content for seller audiences.
- Continuously update enablement as the reseller program changes, keeping materials aligned with shifts in commercial structure, transaction processes, and program requirements.
- Use enablement as a governance tool by creating reinforcement and content that helps keep partner selling behavior aligned with program expectations and corrects drift when needed.
- Support Anthropic sellers and partner managers in co-selling and in working effectively with resellers.
- Work across Partner Programs, Partner Operations, and Sales to align priorities and ensure execution is consistent.
- Build reporting and measurement systems that track certification, activation, and contribution to registered pipeline and consumption.
- Create feedback loops that bring reseller insights back into program design, enablement planning, and broader go-to-market strategy.
What we are looking for
- 7 to 10 or more years of experience in partner enablement, partner programs, product marketing, or a similar area, with a strong record of owning programs end to end.
- Meaningful channel and alliances experience, backed by demonstrated program ownership.
- Deep understanding of how resell and channel ecosystems work commercially, including deal registration, margin and rebate structures, partner tiering, and cloud marketplace motions.
- Experience building partner enablement or certification programs from scratch in a high-growth technology setting.
- An operational mindset and the ability to design systems that scale across regions and languages.
- Strong judgment about enablement design, including choosing the right delivery method for the audience, understanding partner seller motivation, and building curricula that create real selling capability.
- Confidence as a presenter and facilitator, with the ability to train partner audiences directly and equip others to do the same.
- A mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, including comfort working with executives and building the first version of a course yourself.
- Executive presence with both partners and internal stakeholders, plus the scrappiness to move quickly in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills and the ability to drive alignment across complex organizations.
- Experience taking a program from one region to global scale, including localization and in-market delivery.
- Experience building or managing an authorized training partner network or certified instructor network.
- Prior ownership of, or close partnership with, a technology certification program.
- Experience with reseller-led markets such as Japan, Korea, or similar geographies.
- A track record of linking enablement activity to pipeline and revenue results.
- A bachelorâs degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A background, field of study, or professional experience relevant to the role.
