• Use measurement results to inform RF design and systems teams, helping guide optimisation and integration work.
• Keep documentation of procedures, results, and measurement methods clear, structured, and accurate.
• Work with engineers across functions to define measurement strategies and testing needs.
• Develop scripts and automation for RF test systems to improve repeatability and efficiency.
• Ensure testing is performed using sound RF practice, relevant standards, and calibrated measurement processes.
• Contribute to design reviews and share observations based on measured data.
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting RF measurements or test setups.

• Programming or scripting experience for automation, using Python, MATLAB, or a similar language.
• Practical laboratory experience, including PCB soldering and hardware debugging.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• A careful, detail-oriented approach with a focus on measurement quality and accuracy.
• A proactive attitude and comfort working in a fast-changing technical environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and also contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
