What you will do

• Take ownership of SAP solution leadership across several end-to-end implementations and broader transformation initiatives.
• Support and steer client engagements from the earliest discovery and readiness stages through to delivery and execution.
• Contribute to Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA programs, bringing structure and direction to each phase of the journey.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, assess organizational readiness, and shape the overall change approach.
• Build and maintain the integrated architecture linking LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM so the program operates from a single, consistent source of truth.
• Connect business process design in Signavio with the corresponding technology landscape in LeanIX so that process changes are always backed by architectural clarity.
• Support the clean core strategy by coordinating requirements, testing, and deployment activities through SAP Cloud ALM.
• Design and implement WalkMe digital adoption solutions that make SAP workflows easier to use and help users become proficient across the landscape.
• Improve automation and data movement across the transformation toolchain to reduce manual effort in the transformation office.
• Represent Infosys in customer discussions with professionalism and strong interpersonal communication.
• Stay informed about SAP innovation and contribute knowledge and insights back into the internal team.

What the role requires

• Strong, practical experience across SAP S/4HANA, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Hands-on SAP consulting experience rather than purely advisory or theoretical exposure.
• A minimum of four SAP implementations delivered through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience with at least two S/4HANA delivery models, such as Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid.
• Experience supporting transformation preparation work or Phase 0 activities.
• Confidence using SAP toolchains, including administration or operational use where relevant.
• A valid SAP certification in a relevant subject area.
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to engage effectively with middle management stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to create solution proposals and estimate effort accurately.
• A flexible approach, a collaborative mindset, and a strong focus on results.
• Broader exposure across multiple SAP modules or product areas would be an advantage.
• Any published work or recognized thought leadership in SAP or a related industry field would be beneficial.
