- Set KPIs for Commercial Operations work, monitor progress, and share insights with SPA and G&O leadership.
- Work closely with P&T, Commercial, Growth & Operations, and other Expedia Group stakeholders to coordinate delivery and keep initiatives on track.
- Approach problems analytically by identifying root causes, weighing options, considering impact, and implementing the best solution.
