It reports to the Senior Director of Customer Success Engineering and is focused on leading the Practice Architect function that supports high-priority, technically complex customer work around the world. What this role is responsible for
- Leading a distributed team of Practice Architects and Senior Practice Architects, including day-to-day direction, line management, and support for career growth.
- Owning the Plan, Design, and Implement stages of the PDIOO lifecycle for the Practice Architect team, making sure customer engagements are technically rigorous, well organized, and delivered to quality expectations.
- Supporting delivery on new, complex, and high-priority customer projects by acting as a senior leader within the Professional Services delivery model.
- Building the content and frameworks that allow the field services organization to scale effectively, including playbooks, solution guides, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
- Maintaining strong knowledge across the product portfolio and zero trust architecture so the team can engage confidently with internal partners and customers.
- Serving as the key connection point between Global Technology Practices and Professional Services leadership, PS Consultants, and Customer Success Engineering leaders.
- Coordinating dependencies across functions and ensuring alignment between teams working in different regions and disciplines.
- Driving utilization through direct project work while also expanding the broader capability of the Professional Services organization through reusable practice assets and delivery standards.

Minimum qualifications
- Experience building and leading globally distributed teams of technical architects or professional services consultants.
- Deep technical knowledge of zero trust architecture and enterprise-scale technology deployments.
- Proven ability to manage both delivery execution and practice content creation successfully.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to keep teams accountable for commitments and deliverables.
Preferred background
- Experience leading technical delivery practices in a fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity business.
- Experience designing and launching global enablement programs that improve the quality of field delivery in a measurable way.
