- Work on client engagements that allow you to learn from senior leaders, strengthen your delivery skills, and build deeper industry insight.
What the role involves in practice
The position is not limited to delivery work. - A proven history of leading and delivering advisory work, managing teams, and building trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to help support sales generation.
- Experience with cloud centres of excellence, SIAM models, AI optimisation, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Lean, and Agile methods.
- Advantageous background: current work in a consulting firm, or industry experience with a service management focus.
- Advantageous background: success in a matrixed organisation and the ability to gain commitment from peers when selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Advantageous background: experience creating and delivering propositions.
- Advantageous background: business development experience using existing organisational relationships, wider company relationships, and your own network.
