The team is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services, which drives revenue, adoption, and growth across customer segments ranging from small and mid-sized businesses to large enterprise and public sector organizations. The organization works from customer problems backward, building and executing market plans that can turn AWS ideas into major businesses. In this role, you would help shape how AWS brings networking and edge solutions to market, working across internal teams and external partners to accelerate customer adoption and growth.

  • Apply deep knowledge of networking, edge computing, and content delivery to identify the customer problems that matter most and help aligned account teams solve them.
  • Lead cross-functional programs that grow accounts and markets, create scalable adoption initiatives, and uncover new business opportunities within the specialist area.
  • Set and drive goals that support durable growth across EMEA while meeting or exceeding both revenue-based and non-revenue performance measures.
  • Feed customer insights and market intelligence back to global AWS teams so product and service priorities reflect what customers actually need.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as operational planning documents, for the assigned technology area and region.
  • Increase regional scale by working through external partners and by partnering with solution architecture, business development, marketing, partner, and training teams to run customer acquisition programs and strategies.
