Qualifications Bachelor’s
Category IT Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

Amazon Shipping is expanding a next-generation logistics network for external shippers across Europe, with rapid growth in the UK, Italy, Spain, and France. This role sits within a newly scaled Sales Operations function and is designed for someone who can drive commercial excellence across the EU business while owning a critical workstream with a high level of autonomy. It is an individual contributor position that sits at the point where commercial strategy meets operational delivery.

You will work closely with business development leaders across four countries, as well as teams in Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance, to turn commercial priorities into measurable results. The role may focus on one of several areas depending on business needs, such as commercial enablement and onboarding, sales acceleration and campaign execution, reporting and analytics, or tooling and process improvement.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of a defined area within EU Sales Operations, including building the roadmap, deciding how success will be measured, and delivering against quarterly targets.
  • Work with commercial leaders in the UK, Italy, Spain, and France to convert strategic priorities into operational plans with clear KPIs and execution steps.
  • Build and improve scalable processes that reduce friction, increase the pace of commercial activity, and support profitable growth.
  • Partner with CRM, tooling, and data teams to create and maintain the operational systems that support commercial execution.
  • Drive consistency across countries where standardization adds value, while adjusting for local market needs when necessary.
  • Monitor performance for your area, analyze results, and share insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure commercial readiness and cross-functional alignment.
  • Work with the US Sales Operations team to align on global standards and exchange best practices.
  • Move between strategic planning, process design, and hands-on delivery depending on what the business needs at the time.
  • Resolve urgent issues, coordinate across teams in real time, and execute directly when required to keep work moving.

What the day-to-day looks like

Your time will be split between defining the quarter’s priorities, designing frameworks that the business development organization can rely on, and handling operational execution. You will spend time unblocking issues, coordinating stakeholders, and making sure plans are translated into action. The role involves regular interaction with business development leaders in four countries, Account Management, Operations, Product, and the US Sales Operations team. Success in the role depends on being comfortable with ambiguity, working with minimal direction, and creating structure in an environment that is still evolving.

About the team

Its work includes strategic planning, CRM and sales tooling, reporting and analytics, commercial process improvement, onboarding and enablement, and commercial acceleration. The team describes itself as valuing ownership, speed, and pragmatism. This is a chance to help define how Sales Operations works across the EU in a high-growth business with broad scope to shape the function.

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and build structure with limited guidance.

  • Strong data skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and use information to improve processes and systems.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership is desirable.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data administration/data entry is desirable.
