Bloomreach is hiring an individual contributor in its Revenue organization for the EMEA region to lead strategic partnerships in the data-warehouse and ISV space. The purpose of the role is to grow pipeline, strengthen alignment between field teams, and expand partner-led revenue opportunities across the region. A major part of the job is to develop and scale the partnership motion with Databricks, Snowflake, Google, AWS, and pure CDP players, while also making sure Bloomreach and partner account ownership is coordinated in a way that drives joint business.
What you will do
- Take ownership of important partner relationships across the EMEA data-warehouse and ISV landscape, focusing on creating mutual commercial value and increasing partner influence in target accounts.
- Create and run joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners, with Databricks called out as a key focus area.
- Make sure Bloomreach teams and partner teams are aligned on who owns which accounts, where opportunities overlap, how introductions should be handled, and how field teams should coordinate to move deals forward faster.
- Identify partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, qualify them, and keep them moving through the pipeline, including leads that come from events, partner meetings, and ecosystem introductions.
- Help partners and prospects understand where Bloomreach fits in modern partner-led architectures, especially as the activation layer alongside a composable CDP and a shared data environment.
- Increase Bloomreach’s visibility in the region by taking part in external meetings, industry events, and presentations aimed at partners.
- Work closely with channel and partner leadership in EMEA, sales and account teams that are pursuing the same target accounts, and partner marketing and alliance colleagues both inside Bloomreach and at partner companies such as Databricks and EPAM.
What success looks like
- More partner-influenced pipeline and more partner-influenced closed-won ARR across EMEA.
- A healthy number of active joint opportunities with strategic partners.
- Strong alignment between Bloomreach field teams and partner sales teams.
What the company is looking for
- Solid experience managing partners and building alliances in martech, data, or cloud ecosystems.
- The ability to turn partnership strategy into practical account-level execution that produces measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Commercial confidence when speaking with both business stakeholders and technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working across internal sales, marketing, and partner teams in a multi-country EMEA environment.
- Strong external communication skills for partner discussions, follow-up, and joint planning.
- The ability to work independently as an individual contributor while coordinating across many teams and stakeholders.
