The position sits within Wipro Consulting, which supports end-to-end business transformation by turning insight into measurable outcomes and helping clients build the operating models of the future. The consulting organisation combines industry knowledge with expertise in products and platforms, and it is positioned as a strong partner for transformation and resilience programmes, including those enabled by artificial intelligence. Wipro works with major global enterprises across sectors such as financial services, communications and media, consumer, energy, utilities, healthcare and life sciences, and manufacturing.
What you will do
- Set the direction for GCC consulting growth in Europe and turn that strategy into action.
- Win new advisory work and expand Wiproâs presence in the GCC and GBS market.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams through high-value transformation programmes for clients.
- Make sure engagements are delivered to a high standard and produce clear business impact.
- Create new transformation propositions that use digital tools, automation, and AI to improve GCC outcomes.
- Design operating models and frameworks that help GCCs stay relevant, efficient, and future-ready.
- Improve delivery quality and internal practice performance through ongoing innovation.
- Build, lead, and develop a consulting team with expertise in GCC and GBS strategy and transformation.

- Raise Wiproâs profile as a trusted adviser for GCC transformation across Europe.
- Develop consulting offers that cover the full GCC journey, from strategy and design through setup and optimisation.
- Work closely with Strategic Market Units and Global Business Lines in technology, business process, and engineering to deliver joined-up âOne Wiproâ solutions.
- Advise clients on key setup decisions, including where to locate a GCC, how to design the operating model, how governance should work, what talent strategy is needed, how digital capability should be enabled, and what infrastructure is required.
- Lead transformation programmes that align GCC objectives with broader enterprise goals and deliver measurable results.
- Build relationships with ecosystem partners in real estate, HR, technology, and infrastructure to support complete GCC setup and transformation solutions.
- Evaluate and vet partners to ensure they fit client requirements and Wiproâs strategic priorities.
- Create networks and alliances that strengthen Wiproâs position as a leading adviser in the GCC and GBS consulting space.
What Wipro is looking for
- A creative, energising leader who can bring different teams together around shared goals.
- Proven success in leading and growing a GBS, shared services, or GCC consulting practice within a global consulting or advisory firm.
- Strong experience in enterprise transformation, operating model design, and people strategy.
- Ability to sell consultatively, shape client business cases, and deliver transformation programmes based on value.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills across clients, partners, and internal teams.
- An ownership mindset, with a track record of building new solutions, creating intellectual property, and contributing thought leadership.
- Deep knowledge of GCC and GBS operating models, including strategy and design, people and organisation, operations and infrastructure, and transformation and optimisation.
- Practical understanding of location strategy, governance, service portfolio design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, capability development, leadership models, facility setup, technology enablement, process transition, digital adoption, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working internationally across several geographies and industries.
- Entrepreneurial energy, a practical attitude, and the drive to build and grow a new consulting practice.
