This position is focused on operational leadership, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on execution. - Put safety standards into practice, including safety management systems, training, and risk assessments.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities, deadlines, and business direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Make sure global safety programmes are implemented in line with local laws and regulations.
- Provide clear safety communication in both written and spoken form, coach colleagues on safe working practices, and help roll out safety standards across all sites.
- Work with production, delivery, platform, vendor, compliance, and risk teams to strengthen safety, support fast deployment, and maintain dependable operations.
What you need

- Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to solve problems and deliver security work within time and budget limits.
- Experience with EHS management in hyperscale data centres, critical facilities, or other mission-critical environments is desirable.
- Knowledge of high-voltage electrical safety, arc flash, battery safety, chilled water systems, and mechanical/electrical risks in data centres is desirable.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance topics such as hazardous waste, chemical management, water treatment, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction is desirable.
- Experience in crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity for critical facilities is desirable.
