To support continued growth and rising market demand, the company is looking for a highly ambitious, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Account Executive with deep experience in enterprise SaaS sales and a consultative approach.
This role is focused on winning and expanding enterprise business. The successful candidate will create strong account plans, develop trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in construction, real estate, and data center markets, and close complex deals efficiently. The position covers the full sales journey and is intended for someone who can deliver meaningful commercial value to a rapidly expanding international customer base.

What you will be responsible for
- Managing the complete enterprise sales process, from market research and lead generation through discovery, qualification, and closing.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with strategic contacts, buyers, and end users in order to protect existing revenue, grow accounts, and identify new opportunities.
- Generating pipeline through outbound and field activity such as cold calls, emails, events, and site visits, then advancing opportunities through discovery meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
- Keeping the pipeline healthy and providing accurate forecasts so sales targets can be met.
- Creating and updating account win plans, pricing and business models, sales materials, proposals, and RFP responses so that each account is progressed properly and prospects understand the product, its value, and the roadmap.
- Maintaining current account plans and detailed CRM records of customer interactions while meeting sales KPIs.
- Representing and promoting the Contilio brand while collaborating with the commercial team to support customers and identify upsell opportunities.
- Travelling internationally to meet customers and prospects.
What the company is looking for
- At least 10 years of total work experience, including a minimum of 5 years selling B2B SaaS in enterprise, multi-stakeholder, consultative environments.
- Background in ConTech, PropTech, Industrial AI, or a similar related field.
- A history of consistently meeting and exceeding annual targets, with a minimum target level of £400k.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial capability, with the flexibility to handle a variety of responsibilities and complex topics or documents.
- Excellent communication skills at a native level in both written and spoken English, along with strong stakeholder management ability.
- Experience influencing and presenting to senior and cross-functional groups.
- Confidence demonstrating the product, explaining its value proposition, and translating technical concepts for audiences such as engineers, project managers, digital transformation teams, and executives.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT for structured research.
- A bachelorâs degree in engineering, finance, commerce, or a related discipline.
- Additional advantages include experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, energy, mining, industrial AI, or management consulting; prior sales coverage of the US and Canada in addition to the UK and EU; fluency in another language; an established network in construction, real estate, or data centers; and experience using Apollo and advanced Google Workspace tools.
