What you will be doing

  • Preparing and maintaining high-quality sales and customer-facing materials such as presentations, account win plans, proposals, contracts, and other documents needed for both sales activity and customer delivery.
  • Leading product demonstrations, handling technical and product-related questions, and keeping customers informed about new releases, features, and the company’s overall value proposition.
  • Helping generate leads and raise awareness of the brand and its products through events, meetings, calls, and other proactive outreach.
  • Taking ownership of customer delivery and success by building and executing delivery plans that keep onboarding, service, and expansion aligned to customer needs and value creation.
  • Identifying risks and issues early, collecting customer feedback, and managing feature requests across different customer groups and user types.
  • Continuously reinforcing the value of the platform to customers and helping uncover, support, and accelerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities, either alongside account managers or independently.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, competitors, and customer success best practices, then translating that knowledge into measurable strategies, processes, and KPIs.
  • Keeping CRM records and account plans accurate and current while working toward or exceeding customer success and net revenue retention goals.

What the company is looking for

  • At least six years of relevant experience combining construction or a related industry with commercial work, such as management consulting or corporate development/strategy, or experience in a SaaS sales engineer or success/delivery role within construction tech, property tech, or a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic ability, including the capacity to build structured materials and deliver polished presentations and product demos to a range of audiences, from engineers and project managers to senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes and software, plus practical proficiency with HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills at a native level in both written and spoken form, together with proven stakeholder management experience and a history of influencing and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the flexibility to work across a wide variety of documents and topics, including construction issues, financial models, business cases, proposals, contracts, and operational processes.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle complex work independently, with speed and adaptability.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, hands-on, and evolving environment.
  • Experience in construction technology or property technology is beneficial.
  • Exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS product sales and/or supply chain strategy and operations is also advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, together with an MBA from a top-ranked school, would be a plus.
  • Fluency in another language such as German, Arabic, or French is desirable.
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo is an additional advantage.
  • A mindset that is willing to challenge assumptions and the status quo in order to create positive impact.
