The position sits within Ring’s Workspace Experience function and combines portfolio strategy, workplace operations, project leadership, vendor oversight, and people management. The successful candidate will help shape how Ring’s offices and facilities operate, how space is planned and optimized, and how the workplace supports a positive hybrid culture for employees.

The role requires someone who can act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders while also partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, Amazon facilities, and other internal teams. It is suited to an experienced professional who is highly customer-focused, comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, and able to bring ownership, vision, strong communication, and practical leadership to a complex, multi-site portfolio.

What you will do

  • Set the direction for agile facilities management and workplace innovation across Ring’s EMEA portfolio, making sure the approach is consistent across teams and locations while still being adapted locally where needed.
  • Serve as the main contact for Ring real estate transactions, working with business leaders and Amazon facilities teams to shape large space-planning initiatives, manage project concepts, negotiate leases, and improve the use of commercial real estate.
  • Strengthen the workplace experience across domestic sites by supporting Ring’s growth and flexible working model, and by ensuring each location contributes to a positive hybrid environment.
  • Work with internal facilities stakeholders to build environmental health and safety plans, onsite workplace operating procedures, and emergency response plans that align with Ring’s workplace strategy.
  • Advise senior managers and directors on operational performance across daily, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, and contribute to the annual OP1 planning process.
  • Lead decision-making and operational improvement efforts, including root cause analysis, inspection and audit readiness, communication, scheduling, assignment management, and productivity enhancement.
  • Manage annual domestic facilities capital and operating budgets and provide monthly updates on budget performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop regional facilities managers and their teams, helping them grow as leaders, improve collaboration, and strengthen project management capability.
  • Work with global Amazon and Ring facilities stakeholders to maintain high service standards across suppliers and internal partners, with a focus on transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee new construction programming and inspections, and monitor building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, and security systems to ensure facilities are delivered efficiently and meet code requirements.
  • Create employee communications and change-management materials covering workplace processes such as site access, seating options, office culture, prototype security, shipping, and related topics for Ring sites.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and priorities at once while building strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Build, maintain, and report on metrics that help measure performance and keep delivery on track.
  • Develop and maintain clear change-management channels for domestic operations, including centralized wikis and communications that support cross-functional teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks early, escalate issues appropriately, and balance business needs against technical and operational limitations.
  • Research new products, laws, and regulations related to workplace innovation and use that insight to recommend efficient purchases and improve workflow.
  • Act as a general advisor to the Head of Global WSPEX by tracking reports, statistics, budgets, and project plans, and by highlighting areas that need proactive attention for AMERS.
