The company is seeking Senior to Staff-level Compiler Engineers who can contribute to performance-sensitive, hardware-aware compiler systems. The work is focused on building and refining compiler technology that has a direct effect on real compute products.

What you will do

• Build, extend, and maintain LLVM-based compiler toolchains, along with any custom compiler components needed by the platform.
• Improve performance for AI and machine-learning workloads, particularly in environments that rely on accelerators.
• Handle low-level compiler engineering tasks such as code generation and backend development.
• Take part in systems-oriented compiler work where understanding of the underlying hardware is essential.
• Work closely with architecture, silicon, and hardware teams so that compiler decisions align with product goals and technical constraints.

What the employer is looking for

• Substantial experience in compiler development, with LLVM experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent C++ skills.
• A background in systems programming, performance tuning, or software development that is closely tied to hardware.
• Any exposure to AI accelerators, CPUs, GPUs, or DSPs would be a strong advantage.
• Experience at Senior or Staff level, or equivalent depth of expertise, is expected for this position.
