This role sits within Deloitte Global Tax & Legal and focuses on driving change, communication, and adoption for the Intela platform. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Enablement and Adoption Leader and will play a central part in shaping how the platform is adopted across the organisation. The position combines change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, learning support, and project coordination, with a strong emphasis on helping global and local teams work together effectively.
What you will do
- Lead the adoption strategy for the Global Tax & Legal Intela platform, ensuring the programme has a clear and effective approach to building awareness, interest, and long-term usage.
- Own and evolve the overall change and adoption plan for the Intela Tax platform, making sure the strategy supports successful delivery and continued engagement.
- Deliver key adoption outputs, including the overall adoption approach and quarterly adoption highlights, while keeping every supporting asset aligned to an adoption-first mindset.
- Provide strategic insight and active partnership to help the programme move forward more quickly and with greater clarity.
- Define, improve, and communicate adoption measures and data points that generate insight and lead to practical action for Intela teams.
- Shape and execute the communication strategy, including the development and publication of important programme communications.
- Ensure Intela and Deloitte branding is consistent across all materials and that the Intela story is presented positively to stakeholders.
- Support local Deloitte teams by supplying templates, core messaging, and practical guidance for their own Intela communications, while also responding to questions and providing ongoing support.
- Communicate the value and benefits of the Intela platform clearly for audiences at all levels of the business.
- Use global communication channels such as Teams, the intranet, meeting agendas, newsletters, and other programme touchpoints to build awareness and encourage adoption.
- Strengthen the connection between the global Intela programme team and local change, communication, and learning leads.
- Organise and facilitate community-building activities, including the Intela Deployment & Enablement Community Connects.
- Share stories, templates, and practical examples that help teams adopt effective ways of working.
- Support the global Intela programme team with change, communications, and collateral requirements.
- Review and improve playbooks, presentations, communications, and other collateral so they align with Deloitte and Intela messaging and branding.
- Refine programme narrative using change communications best practice and keeping the adoption strategy in view.
- Draft and publish key communications for the programme and its leaders.
- Track monthly metrics covering change, communications, and collateral, then adjust materials and approaches as the programme matures.
- Work with the Learning Team to create a joined-up learning experience for Intela users.
- Provide change and adoption metrics and analysis to help shape the wider learning strategy.
- Understand the learning needs of the Intela community and identify opportunities to improve the learning experience.
- Partner with subject matter experts to build learning into change management activity, including micro-learning and knowledge-sharing stories.
- Take responsibility for project management planning within the Change and Adoption team.
- Manage timelines, effort estimates, and resource or capacity plans for planned deliverables and ad hoc work.
- Apply project management methods to keep work on track and report status clearly.
- Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to Intela leadership when needed.
What you need
- Proven experience in organisational change management and/or communications, ideally with exposure to an ERP environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong consulting skills, particularly in storyboarding and storytelling, the ability to work through ambiguity, and the capability to analyse information and reach sound conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and a well-developed sense of organisation.
- The ability to manage multiple activities at the same time.
- The ability to work independently.
- Comfort working in a virtual setting.
- Flexibility to support different time zones.
- Preferred experience: work on multiple projects using Deloitte’s OCM methodology.
- Preferred experience: working in a global environment.
- Preferred knowledge: Deloitte’s Tax service lines and market offerings.
Working arrangement
The role is based in a UK office and follows a hybrid working model. Depending on the needs of the role, you may work from your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely.
