This role is focused on driving commercial growth for AI-enabled Intelligent Industry opportunities across Northern and Central Europe. It sits at the intersection of AI, industrial operations, engineering and business transformation, with responsibility for turning promising ideas into lighthouse wins, repeatable propositions and scalable revenue. The position works closely with senior leaders across the Intelligent Industry organisation to convert AI capabilities into client value and measurable business impact.

What you will do

• Lead the commercial development of AI-led opportunities across the region, helping to create growth in Intelligent Industry accounts and pursuits.
• Partner with the Head of Intelligent Industry, CTO/Architecture, play leaders and country teams to spot, shape and accelerate the most promising AI opportunities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of AI input into lighthouse deals and accelerated pursuits, including shaping complex opportunities and engaging senior client stakeholders.
• Build executive-level value cases that explain how industrial AI can improve productivity, resilience, operating models and overall business performance.
• Develop the commercial story for AI within Intelligent Industry, turning technical capability into clear outcome logic and compelling propositions for priority clients and sectors.
• Manage a focused portfolio of growth bets, deciding which initiatives to push forward, refine or stop based on commercial scale, repeatability and measurable impact.
• Transform proven AI use cases, delivery assets and experience into reusable offers, credentials and proof points that can improve win rates and support revenue growth.
• Work with hyperscalers, industrial software vendors and AI ecosystem partners to strengthen lighthouse opportunities and support repeatable AI-enabled solutions.
• Bring together the right expertise from business units, business lines, delivery hubs and the wider Intelligent Industry ecosystem so opportunities can move quickly from incubation to scale.
• Ensure selected opportunities are mobilised with clear ownership and a path to business-unit-led expansion.

What the organisation is looking for

• A commercially minded AI leader with a strong history of shaping sophisticated client opportunities at the crossroads of AI, industrial operations, engineering and transformation.
• Experience at Director or Vice-President level, with the credibility to operate with CxO stakeholders and the judgement to own commercial outcomes.
• A proven record of turning large AI-enabled pursuits into tangible client results, lighthouse wins and revenue impact.
• Strong knowledge of AI at scale, including data, platforms, AI products, operating models and industrial applications across the value chain.
• Deep familiarity with Intelligent Industry value chains spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations and asset-intensive businesses.
• The ability to align and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units, business lines, countries, partners and delivery teams without formal authority.
• Excellent execution discipline, including prioritisation, decision-making, commercial judgement and a consistent focus on scalable, repeatable growth and qualified pipeline.
• Enough AI understanding to translate technology potential into practical client value and commercially attractive growth opportunities.
