Company Name Cloudflare
Job Role Senior Territory Account Executive, Israel – Digital Natives
Qualifications Not Specified
Category Sales Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location London

This role sits within Cloudflare’s Enterprise/Field Sales organization and is focused on driving growth across a portfolio of enterprise customers in Israel’s digital-native market. The position is designed for a highly experienced sales professional who can manage complex, high-value opportunities, win new business, expand existing accounts, and operate confidently with both executive and technical stakeholders. The work is strategic, commercially demanding, and deeply technical, requiring someone who can connect customer business goals with Cloudflare’s platform capabilities.

What the role involves

  • Own and execute advanced territory and account plans that are built to exceed large revenue targets and annual quota commitments, with a strong emphasis on both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Run full-cycle sales efforts for assigned enterprise customers, guiding opportunities from early discovery through positioning, negotiation, close, and post-sale expansion.
  • Maintain a disciplined, proactive pipeline and produce forecasts that are highly accurate, grounded in a strong understanding of customer decision-making and sales-cycle dynamics.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of customer IT environments, including applications and third-party technologies, and translate that knowledge into Cloudflare reference architectures that support broad platform adoption.
  • Handle several complex opportunities at once across different business units, linking separate customer needs into a unified platform sale and engaging technical leaders such as heads or vice presidents of networking and security.
  • Lead a virtual deal team that may include regional specialists, product managers, deal desk, and legal partners, ensuring the right people are involved to move opportunities forward and close them efficiently.
  • Serve as a trusted voice on digital transformation, market shifts, and the business reasons behind customer initiatives, helping position Cloudflare as a strategic enabler of those changes.
  • Build persuasive value narratives that connect Cloudflare’s products and services to customer outcomes, strategic priorities, and broader business impact.
  • Take the lead in complex commercial negotiations and work toward agreements that create value for both the customer and Cloudflare.
  • Develop long-term executive relationships that support adoption, retention, and growth, while also coaching teammates through direct feedback, shared learning, and practical support.
  • Contribute as a leader across the company by thinking about long-term business impact, sharing insights across teams, and helping improve execution beyond your own book of business.

Experience and qualifications

  • Eight or more years of advanced experience selling complex technology solutions to digital-native customers in a B2B enterprise environment in Israel, with a strong record of consistently beating large quota targets.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and edge computing, along with the ability to clearly explain features, benefits, and use cases to a wide range of customer audiences, from smaller businesses to large enterprises and vertical markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand sophisticated customer architectures and map them to Cloudflare reference architectures in support of platform sales.
  • Proven track record of leading and influencing cross-functional virtual teams, including solution engineers, product managers, legal, and other specialists, to close complex deals.
  • Strong strategic communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain the broader rationale behind a solution and speak effectively with executive leaders and technical decision-makers one level below the C-suite.
  • Advanced negotiation experience with evidence of closing large, complex deals in the six-figure and multi-million-dollar range.
  • Expert-level selling ability across discovery, positioning, competitive selling, negotiation, closing, and expansion in enterprise accounts.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation trends and how they affect enterprise customers, with the ability to position Cloudflare as a key part of those strategic outcomes.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others, with a willingness to help colleagues grow and improve their work.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient approach, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while keeping sight of long-term objectives.
  • Comfort using advanced sales and business intelligence tools and systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace, Microsoft productivity tools, and the MEDDPICC framework.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, and a technical background such as engineering, computer science, or MIS is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew.
  • Applicants are asked during the application process whether they currently need, or may later need, immigration sponsorship to work at Cloudflare.
  • Because the role may involve access to U.S. export-controlled information, any offer may depend on the candidate being authorized to receive controlled software or technology without requiring sponsorship for an export license.
