The work combines technology, service management, and organizational change, with a strong emphasis on helping clients achieve real business outcomes from cloud adoption. A particular focus of the role is how generative AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation are changing the way organizations run cloud services and operations.
What you will do

- Monitor the maturity and effectiveness of cloud operating model change, using operational data, service data, and performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Help introduce intelligent monitoring, service analytics, and AIOps-style practices where they are relevant to the client environment.
- Apply strategy development, service management, agile delivery, DevOps, business process mapping, and organizational design skills to deliver business outcomes through cloud transformation.
- Support the adoption of automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-assisted operations within wider cloud programmes.
- Work collaboratively across all levels of the client organization to design, innovate, and implement cloud transformation initiatives.
- Advise clients on practical applications of large language models, copilot tools, and agentic AI within cloud operating models, including use cases such as service automation, intelligent triage, and AI-supported decision-making.
- Help clients understand AI governance considerations, including the importance of data quality and transparency.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, and support for client pitches and events.
- Take part in internal practice-building work such as campaign development, think tanks, whitepapers, recruitment, team activities, and offering development.
- Support your own development and the firmâs capability growth through training, certifications, and learning opportunities.

- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms, and an understanding of how they fit into cloud operating models and ITSM workflows.
- Interest in agentic AI patterns and how autonomous agents are beginning to reshape IT operations and service delivery.
